return/refund policy

We take great care in selecting and preparing each plant to ensure it leaves us in its healthiest condition. While we cannot control the handling of third-party couriers, if your plant arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

All Other Items If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition.
