Zamioculcas Zamiifolia ZZ Plant
The plant that thrives on being ignored.
The ZZ Plant has built its reputation on a single, irresistible quality — it asks almost nothing and gives back everything. Deep, waxy, almost impossibly glossy leaves arch upward in perfect symmetry, catching light with a natural shine that makes it look perpetually tended even when it hasn't been touched in weeks. Its underground rhizomes store water with remarkable efficiency, making it one of the most drought-tolerant houseplants in existence.
For the frequent traveller, the busy household, or the dimly lit corner that has defeated every plant before it — the ZZ is the answer.
